WHAT'S GOING ON?! Recently, there are quite a number of devastating tragedies happening all over the world. Last week, a Hurricane Ike hit the coast of Texas causing two million people without electricity and some even left homeless!   Then last Saturday morning, One of MASWings’ Twin Otter aircraft crashed in Ba Kelalan rice field. According to reliable sources, the aircraft flew too low as it made a turning approach to the runway, passing through the valley at Long Langgai, and landed short of the threshold level marker RWY 23. But at least everyone was save and sound!  On the same day, a boat anchored in Miri River near Kampung Wireless caught fire resulting in one of its crew getting seriously burnt and two went missing. The fire which broke out on board ‘The Ark’ about 8.25am, sent voluminous plumes of smoke skywards! According to Vivian, she was at The Imperial Mall during the incident and she said she could feel the building shaking!! :O  And today I read in the newspaper and one of the headlines are "Boeing jet crashes in Russia, killing all 88 aboard"That plane carrying 88 people crashed in central Russia early Sunday killing all aboard! According to an eye-witness, it was burning while still in the sky and it looked like a falling comet.
